Our compensation systems are competitive and focused towards results and performance. Individual remuneration is inline with the requirements based on the position concerned.

We offer both "Wage Scale" and "Non-Wage Scale" remuneration package depending on employees' job function. We provide our employees desirable compensation which consists of basic salaries based from current market condition plus variable performance-based payments and numerous special incentives. Private Scandinavian Group believes that this is a reasonable compensation for all the hard work provided by our employees and this is also a reason why our employees believed in us.
